Letitia Robb

I have been working with LNK since June 2017 with the intention of joining the Aspire higher programme. I was more than happy to join the team solely on all the work being done to rebuild and help the community.

As a person raised in Croydon I have seen all sides of it, the good, the bad and the ugly and wanted to be part of preparing our youths to enable them to progress.

As an achievement coach my role is to assist, support and guide fifteen of our young people, who have been identified as being at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). The aim is to encourage and help them get in to some form of further education of work to improve their future prospects.

I also help with other goals such as applying for provisional licences and even opening bank accounts.
