Any organisation needs a wealth of paperwork to run effectively. This is no different in a small charity like Lives Not Knives. While most people see the events and road shows, few people delve into the dark and dangerous world behind the scenes which allows LNK to operate safely and securely. Policies and press releases abound – here be monsters!

I’d like to say that it’s never a dull moment working with LNK – there are some very exciting moments and yet more where it’s too busy to be dull. Paperwork isn’t the most thrilling, but it has to be done and there is always more to do.
When I’m not keeping our policies up to date or facilitating and managing operations, I’m helping Monique to catch up on completing forms which allow us to continue to work and have a space to function.
